Bookings and payment

Reservations with pickup/dropoff dates and locations may be made by mail, fax, email, or online booking form. Upon BANZ travelcars confirming your booking a deposit of 20% of the total hire price is required within 10 days. Balance of payment must be paid in full at the time picking up the vehicle.

Payment Options

Deposits and balance of payments may be made by credit card (Visa/MasterCard) authorizations or bank transfers. Amounts billed to your credit card will generally be in New Zealand currency.

Balance of payment for your rental vehicle may be made by travelers cheque, cash or credit card.

Deposits are fully applied against final payments.
